PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Accredo Phase V expands Accredo Plastics’ Sugar Land campus with a 192,456-square-foot manufacturing facility designed to support the company’s growing paper bag production operations. Inspired by the rhythm and motion of the roller processes integral to manufacturing, the building translates industrial function into a distinctive architectural identity.

The design balances this expression with the rigorous requirements of a high-performance manufacturing environment, including SQF food-safety standards and FM Global requirements. RDLR also addressed complex site constraints, shared-access agreements, parking requirements, and detention strategies to maximize developable area and support Accredo’s continued growth.
