Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organization, responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing information to clients, visitors, and guests. This full-time, entry-level position offers benefits and a competitive salary range of $31,200 – $35,360, based on experience. (This role has no supervisory responsibilities.)
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Dependability and Reliability: Ability to be punctual, reliable, and maintain confidentiality.
Bilingual Preferred: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Clerical experience preferred.
Must be onsite: RDLR Office.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Responsibilities:
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Monitoring Office Supplies
Performs other duties.
