RDLR Welcomes Alwina Kallivalappil

We are excited to welcome Alwina Kallivalappil to the RDLR team as a Project Designer. Alwina brings a strong background in architectural design, visualization, and Building Information Modeling (BIM), with experience developing construction documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting projects from concept through construction. She recently received her Master of Science in Architecture & Urban Design from UCLA, where she explored emerging AI workflows, advanced design technologies, and digital fabrication as part of her graduate studies.

Her skills in 3D modeling, rendering, design visualization, and collaborative problem-solving strengthen RDLR’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions. With a creative mindset, strong technical abilities, and a passion for leveraging new technologies in the design process, Alwina is a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to the ideas and energy she will bring as we continue designing spaces that foster connection and enrich the communities we serve.
