As a Project Architect and Project Manager, Meredith brings over 12 years of experience spanning higher education, K–12, civic, aviation, and hospitality projects. Her background includes leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design—from programming and schematic development to construction documentation and administration—ensuring projects are delivered with precision, purpose, and client-centered excellence.

Meredith’s expertise in constructability review, QA/QC, and code compliance strengthens RDLR’s continued commitment to quality and design excellence. A collaborative leader and mentor, she is passionate about creating environments that positively impact communities and foster lasting connections.
