Positioned along a tributary bayou near The Woodlands, Wildwood Apartments transforms a highly constrained site into a thoughtfully designed 71-unit multifamily community. With less than half of the property available for development due to utility setbacks, riparian buffers, and detention requirements, RDLR developed a compact five-story solution that maximizes the site while responding to its natural surroundings.

Residential areas are elevated above the floodplain, while an open ground level creates a shaded arrival experience and flexible amenity spaces. An elevated pool deck and upper-level club room provide additional gathering spaces and views toward the bayou’s tree canopy, creating a distinctive residential environment within a compact footprint.
