RDLR Welcomes Fatema Dula

RDLR Architects is excited to welcome Fatema Dula, Assoc. AIA, LEED Green Associate, to our team as a Project Designer. Fatema brings experience across community, institutional, and civic projects, with expertise in design, documentation, and visualization. She has contributed to large-scale developments including community centers, schools, religious facilities, and residential projects—producing construction documents, coordinating details, and creating renderings to support client engagement and design approvals.

Her academic journey includes a Master of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, where she co-developed a course on simulation and fabrication that reached more than 175 students each year. Fatema’s leadership and commitment to design excellence have earned her multiple honors, including recognition as Best Graduate Assistant of the Year and publication as an architectural researcher. She also brings a strong passion for sustainable design, integrating energy efficiency and performance analysis into her work.

We are thrilled to have Fatema on board as she continues her path toward licensure and contributes her skills, creativity, and passion for community-driven design to our projects.
